With our spacious lounge area, our villa is perfect for: team meetings, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinner parties, cocktail parties and anything else your team can think of.
Our 3,425 square foot space is located in the Potrero Hill/Design District neighborhood of San Francisco.
Characteristics:
- 3 relaxation rooms for 4-6 people each
- End-to-end hardwood worktables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration
- Adjustable lighting
- Functional kitchen
- Large floor to ceiling windows
- A changing room with 3 full length mirrors
Optional features are available to you for an additional fee:
- On-site coffee service: $2/head
- Cutlery for 25 guests: $50

There are two bathrooms on each floor and an ADA compliant elevator if needed. There will always be an onsite manager present should you require assistance during your reservation.
The space is a converted machine shop, originally built in the late 19th century, with many original qualities still intact. For the past 30 years it has served as an art and antiques gallery.
We're two blocks from the San Francisco Design Center, Zynga, Uber, AirBnb, Adobe, and many more tech companies, and one block from Starbucks, Whole Foods, and popular restaurants.

OVER TIME
Per the peerspace policy, overtime is billed in half-hour increments. The pitch must be vacated and any items brought into the pitch must be removed before the end of your reservation. Overtime is billed in half hour increments at 1.5 times our set hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGE
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the premises in the same condition in which they found them. Guests are required to respect the space and we ask/appreciate guests to clean up themselves. The guest must pick up any equipment or rental items that they have brought with them and include this set-up and dismantling time in their booking times.
Please take good care of our premises. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating objects may be used on our walls. Any tape or rubberized backing material must be properly removed. Damage (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be charged to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture around the room to accommodate the needs of your event.
OTHER
No smoking in the room. No glitter or confetti may be used. Open fire, roasting on site or cooking with heavy smoke is not permitted as our facility is not ventilated.
